Service Description
Bueno Market offers virtual and in-person Montessori parent education via events and ongoing support through the "Emmi" parenting app. We also provide digital and physical learning materials.
Workshop Description:
Our workshops provide instruction and personalized support for attendees. The instruction offers a Montessori and evidence-based approach to various parenting and educational topics while the personalized support offers parents an opportunity to address specific challenges through Q&A sessions.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, E-Transfer
- Payment Deadlines: Payment is due on the day of the workshop and must be made before the workshop start time.
- Late Payments and Penalties: Payment must be completed prior to the commencement of the workshop. Participants who have not completed payment will not be allowed to attend.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Conditions Under Which Cancellations Are Allowed: Acts of God, unsafe site conditions due to weather, construction, or other hazards.
- Timeframes for Cancellations and Any Associated Fees: N/A
- Refund Policies: No refunds or rescheduling are available at this time.
User Obligations
Participants are required to act and communicate respectfully during the workshop. Any form of disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Bueno Market, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Bueno Market reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and attending any workshop offered by Bueno Market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Liability Waiver
Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in any workshop hosted by Bueno Market involves certain inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, or other medical conditions that may occur during or after participation in the workshop.
Assumption of Responsibility
I understand that all risks associated with participating in the workshop are the responsibility of the hosting venue and the workshop attendees. Bueno Market is not responsible for ensuring the safety of the workshop location or managing any risks associated with the venue.
No Medical Advice
I acknowledge that the information provided during any workshop is for educational purposes only and does not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional. Participants are encouraged to seek medical advice for any concerns related to the topics covered in the workshop.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the workshop, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bueno Market, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my child, or any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in the workshop.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bueno Market from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the workshop, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.
Governing Law
This Liability Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and attending any workshop offered by Bueno Market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Liability Waiver.
Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources provided by Bueno Market during any workshop, including but not limited to written materials, digital content, videos, and any other intellectual property, are and will remain the exclusive property of Bueno Market.
Usage Restrictions
The Client and workshop attendees are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client and attendees agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or create derivative works from the materials without the express written permission of Bueno Market.
No Transfer of Rights
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring any rights, title, or interest in the intellectual property from Bueno Market to the Client or attendees. Bueno Market retains all rights not expressly granted herein.
Protection of Intellectual Property
The Client agrees to take all reasonable steps to protect Bueno Market’s intellectual property from unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or publication.
Termination of License
Bueno Market reserves the right to terminate the license granted under this Agreement at any time if the Client or any attendee breaches any of the terms set forth herein. Upon termination, the Client and attendees must immediately cease all use of the materials and return or destroy any copies in their possession.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
