refunds and exchanges

Due to the scale of our business at this time, we are unable to take refunds but we are happy to exchanges any items within 30 days of purchase. Items need to be in original condition and packaging. 

You are welcome to drop off your item at our Toronto home office at 19 Brallorne Crescent Toronto, Ontario M6S4R1.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are working on the cost and logistics of return shipping labels. We hope to be able to offer that soon.
